How do I handle time zone differences?
Most of the region is in the GMT+1 or GMT+2 time zone, which aligns perfectly with the rest of Europe. For North American clients, a partial overlap is definitely possible (even with the West Coast hours), depending on the setup. Even a full overlap can be possible at times with US hours.
